Refund policy

Return Policy (No Refunds)

  1. Request a Return
    Customers must request a return within 5 days of receiving the item.
  2. Eligibility Check
    Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  3. Approval Process
    Once the return request is reviewed, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Ship the Item
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
  5. Inspection
    All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet return requirements.
  6. Store Credit or Exchange Only
    No refunds will be issued. Approved returns will receive:
    • Store credit, or
    • An exchange for the same or similar item 

      Exceptions 

      1. Incorrect or Damaged Items
        If a customer receives the wrong item or a damaged product:
        • They must report the issue within 5 days of delivery
        • Provide photos as proof
        • The business will cover return shipping (if applicable)
        • The customer will be offered:
          • A replacement item, or
          • A full refund to the original payment method 

            Refund Process (Exceptions Only)

            1. Contact Us
              Email veline@vlinewear.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
            2. Provide Documentation
              Include the following in your email:
              • Order number
              • Description of the issue
              • Clear photos showing the incorrect or damaged item
            3. Review Process
              Our team will review your request and product issue within 15 business days.
            4. Approval Decision
              If approved, you will be notified with the next steps.
            5. Return Instructions (if required)
              If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions. We may cover shipping for incorrect or damaged items.
            6. Refund Issued
              Once approved (and item received/verified if required), a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
